No one is going to be able to stay away from EMFs completely. But you can gain levels of emf protection that will help you minimise adverse health risks. For example, the danger of exposure lowers as you get further away from the source so it is a good idea to put up distance barriers between you and significant sources of EMFs like power lines. You can also put up physical barriers by using special paints and protective coatings, cell phone protection, and protective accessories and garments. It also helps to limit the amount of time you spend using electrical gadgets and minimise cell phone use to help cut down the risk of problems developing over time.
